Nevada Required Continuing Education for OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Cards Per NRS 618.983.3 all OSHA 10 and 30 construction cards in the State of Nevada expire 5 years after the date of issue, unless the card holder does a continuing education course prior to the 5 year anniversary of the date on the lower right corner of the OSHA 10 and 30 cards. The update course is 15 hours for an OSHA 30 and 5 hours for an OSHA 10. To attend the continuing education class, the card holder must present a valid state issued identification card or drivers license with their original OSHA 10 or 30 card. If the date on the OSHA 10 or 30 card is older than 5 years from the date of issue, the card holder is not eligible to do an update and must attend a full class for their appropriate card. Only original OSHA 10 and 30 cards will be accepted, copies are not accepted.
